Admission to DNB – General Medicine  and  Obstetrics & Gynaecology

Sri Gokulam Hospital, Salem has been currently accredited by National Board of Examinations (NBE) for conducting the DNB Program in “General Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynaecology”.

• Admissions to this program will be conducted as per the rules laid down by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).
• Admission process will start in the month of January every year.
• Special focus is laid on the education & development of the residents enrolled in these programs.

• Application forms can be downloaded from the Hospital website (DOWNLOAD APPLICATION).

• The application form should be submitted in the prescribed format duly filled in and completed in all respects.
• Also please enclose attested copies by a Gazetted Officer/Self attested as well of the following certificates with your application in the order given below:

• M.B.B.S. Degree
• Certificate of CET - NBE DNB Primary Exam
• M.B.B.S. detailed marks certificates (1st, 2nd & Final M.B.B.S.)
• Internship certificate from the Head of the Institution
• Certificate (s) of House Job done in Specialties/Department from the Head of the institution with exact
• dates in each specialty. (Where applicable)
• Employer’s Certificate, if you are in service.
• Registration Certificate with M.C.I./Delhi Medical Council/ State Medical Council.
• Two extra Passport size recent Photographs self attested on a sheet of paper.

• Please DO NOT attach any original certificates with the application form.
• Please carry your original certificates at the time of interview
• Incomplete application forms will be rejected.

• The candidates seeking admission to this course must have completed one year of compulsory rotating internship after having passed the final MBBS examination.
• Must be registered with the Medical Council of India and/ or State Medical Council. Must have passed CET-NBE or DNB Primary examination certification.
